トリヴァーは1942年生まれで83歳．まだ現役．日本で云うと佐藤允彦や山下洋輔と同世代．カウェルも同じだ．
昨日アップしたインタビュー記事では，Strata-Eastはトリヴァーが維持してきたようだ．Dead stockを破棄した話が出ているが，2000年頃かなあDUでSlugsの未開封盤を入手して，首を捻った記憶がある．
トリヴァーは1960年代後半の新主流派セッションに若手奏者として参加している．ショウと並ぶ期待の若手だったのだろう．ボクとしては，直球の好みの筈だけど，何故かあまり聴いていない．このあたりがカウェルと共通する謎．
