フランシス・ボードラスによる私家盤。実に素晴らしい演奏記録だ。
これが実に素晴らしい。音質も満足いくもので、ライヴの臨場感に溢れる。またパウェルのピアノも普通に好調。初期の打鍵の速度重視、的な演奏と比べてリラックスしている様子もあり、実に楽しい。
ズート・シムスとのカルテットが半分くらい。あとはトリオ（快調さ、が伝わる）、最後は、ガレスピーと弱冠20のバルネ・ウィランとのクインテット。ドラムはいずれのトラックもケニー・クラーク。あまりバップ期を聴いていないので、忘れかけていたクラークだけど、当然素晴らしい。
