このようなアルバムは好みの中心だった筈だが、どうもぬるい。二人の親密な演奏が醸す空気は悪くないのだけど、鈍角の音を聴き続ける退屈さ、が勝っている。何よりも、音の輪郭がボケたような残響処理が、その印象を強める。
今、エージング中のMark Levinsonの装置（当初、音がキツかった）で聴いても、緩い印象だから仕方がない。Bill Frisellも次第に遠景のなかに溶けていくような気がして、寂しい。Peacock亡き今、Thomas Morganにはまだまだ頑張ってもらいたい。
